Project Description

The Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM II) project starts from September and it ends in December 2010. The project includes investigation which our group (2FM14) along with other two groups has to be made. The case company for this investigation is "SurPlus Zorg". The business of the company is providing elderly services in the Netherlands.

The assignment is focused on the Real Estate aspect of the company. The first part of the research is aimed at current Real Estate situation of  "SurPlus Zorg". The second one, is aimed at ways of improving it by focusing on 5 core themes:

• Sustainability
• Functionality
• Identity
• Space planning
• Real Estate Life Cycle 

The whole assignment is divided on several deliverables:

1. Weblog
2. Company Profile + Project Plan
3. Interim Report
4. CREM 'Action of improvement' - poster + sales pitch
5. Tutor Session Reporting Form (TSRF)
6. STARR report
